How do I make a reservation?
|
Step 1: You can reserve
your charter either by e-mail (info@panoramabustours.com), phone, or fax (973-470-9950). If contacting by phone, please
call our staff at 973-470-9700 or 888-593-5550, Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm. If reserving by fax
or e-mail, you can send you reservation over at your convenience (24/7). Be prepared to provide the following information.
We will need your contact information: name, address, phone, fax, and e-mail. Additionally, we will need your charter
information: dates, times, pick-up location, destination location, return time and date, plus any additional information you
wish to provide. Step 2: You will receive a confirmation
in duplicate from Panorama Tours showing all the details provided and outlining your trip . This confirmation will be
faxed, e-mailed, or mailed to you depending on your preference. After receiving your confirmation, please
review it and make any corrections necessary. Step 3:
Mail back your confirmation with a $250.00 deposit per bus per day. Panorama will hold your reservation for two
weeks without a deposit. Anything past two weeks of booking without a deposit may be released.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?
|
We recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible.
Early booking will insure that the date that you are requesting is available. We do sell out frequently. Buses
are on a first come first serve basis. Provided that we have availability, we can take your reservation up until the date
of your trip.

Can I get a price quote without making a reservation?
|
|
Absolutely! Contact a Panorama representative by e-mail (info@panoramabustours.com),
phone (973-470-9700), or fax (973-470-9950) and receive a no obligation price quote either verbally or in writing. Please
note that a price quote is NOT a reservation and a bus will not be held until the reservation is confirmed. To confirm
a reservation, simply contact Panorama, mention your quote and we will gladly put together your charter, as well as
send out a confirmation for your charter. Unfortunately, we can not honor a price quote for more than 2 weeks.

What is your cancellation policy?
|
A full refund will be provided if the trip is cancelled at least 14 days prior
to the departure of the charter. If the trip is cancelled less that 14 days before, unfortunately the deposit may be
forfeited. On the date of the charter, there will be no refunds. Payment in full is forfeited unless weather is
the cause of cancellation. In this instance, we would need to be made aware of the chance of cancellation 24 hours in
advance and we will work with each situation on a individual basis.

What type of payment do you accept?
|
Panorama Tours currently accepts VISA, Master Card, or Discover credit cards.
Additionally, we accept cash, Money Orders, cashier's check, bank check, or wire transfers. We can only accept
personal check if paid more than 30 days prior to trip date.

Deposits are due two weeks after booking a charter. As for the balance,
it must be paid in full before the trip takes place. This can even be to the driver on the date of the trip. The
drivers, however, can not accept credit cards. They must be called into the office at least 2 business days before the
trip takes place.

Panorama Tours is NOT a broker.
We currently own and operate 10 charter buses. Unlike booking with a broker, when you book with Panorama you will receive

What type of
buses do you have and what are their amenities?
|

Panorama Tours owns and operates ten 49 passenger MCI charter coaches.
The amenities in these coaches include: beautifully upholstered reclining seats (some with leather upholstery), foot rests,
large scenic windows, DVD and VHS players with TV monitors, CD player, public address system, climate control (A/C and heat),
extensive room for luggage storage both overhead and in bays below the bus, GPS, vehicle tracking system, emergency cell phone
availability, and of course a restroom/lavatory for your convenience.

How do I know that Panorama Tours is a safe company?
|
To check our DOT safety rating please visit the US Federal Safety
Motor Carrier web site at www.safersys.org/companysnapshot.aspx and plug in our DOT number (637916). You can use this
site to view any bus company's safety rating. NEVER charter a bus from a company with an unsatisfactory rating!!
We at Panorama pride ourselves in our safety and take many steps to continuously keep our guests safe. First, we begin with our drivers. Panorama ensures that all of our drivers
have a valid Commercial Driver's License, have passed the DOT physical examination, and have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Additionally, each driver is further reviewed by our very selective insurance carrier to determine that each driver is exceptionally
qualified. Only then do we move forward to put them though a rugged training program which continues throughout their
career at Panorama with follow-up training classrooms to keep their mind "fresh". Each driver is also drug
and alcohol tested upon hire and then entered into a random drug screening program. We strongly enforce a drug-free workplace. Additionally, we keep a very tight maintenance schedule for our vehicles.
Afterall, they are carrying the most precious cargo. We have our own maintance facility and mechanical crew. They
work hard to insure that we are among the safest and most reliable on the road

What is your experience in the industry?

We have been in business since 1995 and have provided transportation for over
twenty thousand charters.

Are you fully licensed and insured?
|
We have all the necessary licensing and insurance mandated by the Federal and
State laws including a minimum of $5,000,000.00 for each coach as well as Workman's Compensation. A certificate of insurance
can be provided upon request.

Can we inspect our bus before we make a reservation?
|
Our garage/office facility is always available to our customers. We encourage that you come and visit. Although, we do ask that you call ahead to schedule
a time and date to insure that there will be a coach available to see. Very often they are working so we would hate
for you to waste a trip out if all the coaches are out on the road. One thing to keep in mind is that we can not always
guarantee that a particular coach will be scheduled for your trip, therefore, we will be able to show you the type of bus
that you will be reserving for your event possibly not the exact bus.

How do you handle emergencies?
|
Here at Panorama we always have one of the owners on call. They are
available to handle any and every situation whether it be a difficult situation or a simple question. Although we have
an excellent performance track record due to our high level of maintenance, we do prepare for the rare possibility of a break-down.
Whenever possible we will send another Panorama coach to continue your trip. Additionally, because we are members in
good standing with UMA and GNJMA, when in trouble we can also call on a nationwide network of other bus owner/operators to
assist in any given situation. We understand that you and your group have a schedule to keep so we do everything in
our power to keep your delays to an absolute minimum.
